The goal of the High School Music Department is to create a positive learning environment through performance. We demonstrate how individual effort contributes to the overall success of a group. We emphasize the responsibility of balancing academic class work with music lessons. We connect the school district to the community through music. Our students are taught to engage physically, mentally, and emotionally to all aspects of music in order to create the best possible experience for our audiences.
