Principal's Message

Dear Mattituck Jr./Sr. High School Community,

Last year was an exceptional one for Mattituck-Cutchogue Jr./Sr. High School-one marked by achievement, growth, pride, and a deepened commitment to our District Mission. As I look ahead to a new school year, I am filled with gratitude for all that our students, faculty, staff, families, and community accomplished together, and I am excited about the opportunities that await us.

Our celebration of America 250 made last year especially meaningful. It provided our school community with opportunities to reflect on our history, honor the values that unite us, and celebrate the role that each of us plays in shaping the future. That spirit of pride, reflection, and community continues as we look forward to our upcoming Wall of Honor Ceremony, an important tradition that allows us to recognize and celebrate individuals whose contributions have made a lasting impact on our school and community.

As Building Principal I remain energized and inspired by the opportunity to serve our students and continue building upon the many successes of our school. Our focus remains clear: to ensure that every graduate leaves Mattituck-Cutchogue with confidence, academic excellence, and the resilience to overcome whatever life may bring. 

We will continue to strengthen the academic, social, and emotional supports available to our students while creating meaningful opportunities for every student to be seen, heard, challenged, and empowered.  Mattituck Jr./Sr. High School is a place where every student feels a strong sense of belonging and knows that their voice matters. With the continued dedication of our faculty and staff, we will foster a safe, inclusive, and dynamic learning environment that supports the whole child and encourages every student to reach their full potential.

Communication, collaboration, and community remain at the heart of our shared success. I encourage our families and community members to stay connected, involved, and engaged throughout the year.
