Dear Mattituck Families,

I hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you about an important aspect of our commitment to the safety and well-being of our students and staff. As part of the New York State regulations, school districts are required to conduct emergency management drills to ensure our readiness to respond effectively to various situations, including extreme weather conditions and any other unusual circumstances.

The Mattituck-Cutchogue School District will conduct our annual early dismissal drill on Thursday, November 30th. On that day, Mattituck Jr/Sr High will dismiss students approximately fifteen minutes earlier than usual, as prescribed by law. Our afternoon bus routes will operate approximately fifteen minutes earlier than normal; dismissal will be at 1:55 pm.
