CAST Culinary Program Graduates

Four Mattituck-Cutchogue Students Work Toward Their Culinary Passions
 
Mattituck Jr.-Sr. High School students Vivian Quincin Zelanda (grade 9), Gladis Ajcuc Vargas (grade 9), Ruth Garcia Chavez (grade 10), and Marlon Pirir Chitay (grade 10) graduated from the North Fork Culinary Program at CAST this spring.  

The CAST Culinary Program, which commenced in 2019, provides a restaurant/hospitality workforce development course with the goal of providing essential job readiness and skills needed to work in a professional kitchen and restaurant. The program continues to inspire and shape the next generation of Mattituck and Cutchogue chefs.
